Services - VA and Online Business Manager

The services I offer are extensive and include all your business support services as well as managing your business for you. You choose the services you require and only pay for the work done. You don't pay for any time that is not actively spent on your tasks.
I offer my services at a cost effective and competitive hourly rate, with a minimum charge of 1 hour and charges in 10 minute increments thereafter. You only pay for the work requested and completed - simple! Very cost effective when compared to the overheads you incur when employing even part time staff.
When you outsource work you get to spend your time on profit making tasks and growing your business, which means using a VA or OBM can actually make you money. Alternatively, it may be that you want to spend more time with your family or relaxing, or you find you simply cannot do everything yourself anymore and need to free up time and stop working weekends or evenings.

In 2015 as my business grew, I convinced my husband to leave his job and join me in the business. He did just that and together we are a great combination of skills and expertise. All the services we offer are within our areas of vast experience and expertise and these are tailored to your particular sector and requirements.

We work from our office in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, but as we provide a virtual service you as a client can be based anywhere. Our passion for our work shines through in the professional and expert service we provide.

Online Business Manager (OBM) - starting at £50 per hour
As an OMB I work with you at the forefront of your business, assisting with business strategy and planning. I can take over some of your daily tasks, including, contract management, operations, team management, support with systems and handling projects from start to finish.

As a VA I work as a member of a team, but as an OBM I manage the team, assist you in identifying priorities to keep the business on track and am deeply involved in the business.
​
You may have reached a point in your business where it is impossible to grow if you continue to do all tasks yourself and so by taking the weight off your shoulders you can focus on the revenue generating business activities.
