 01  How do I know if you are the right VA for me?

Let's talk! I offer a no obligation chat, either on the telephone, online or in person to see if we can work together, to find out more about each other and the skill set you are looking for together with the experience, skills and commitment I can offer.

 

 

 

 02  How much will it cost me?

​

I offer a an exceptional service and a very cost effective hourly rate.  You only pay for the work you require. You don't pay for any 'down time', such as tea breaks. If it takes 75 minutes to complete a piece of work then that is what you pay for. There is no commitment required from you. You may use my services as little or often as you wish.

 

 

 

 03  My work hours are varied?

I understand some businesses need to have work completed outside of the normal 9 to 5 Monday to Friday and I am happy to complete work outside of these hours.

 

 

 

 04  How often and by what means do I pay you?

​

For small pieces of work I will invoice you on completion.  With regular ongoing work I will invoice you every month for payment within 7 days. 

 

 

 05  Will all my information be kept confidential?

​

Yes. I adhere fully to the Data Protection Act and GDPR and keep all data secure.
